These days we have delivered and installed the technology for the production of fruit spirits and gin in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Specifically, it was an electric distillation column with a boiler capacity of 400 liters. The technology is equipped with a three-stage column and a vaporization chamber. The novelty of this machine is the touch control panel for perfect and precise regulation of heating. The delivery also included the supply of fermentation tanks with a capacity of 4x4000 litres, a filtration unit for alcohol, distillate containers and wooden barrels for cognac maturation.
Last month we installed a distillation system for the production of exotic - African fruits in the capital of Ghana (Accra). The 300 litre distilling boiler, equipped with a three-stage column and a specially designed system for the local tropical conditions, is already in operation and we were looking forward to the first distillates of bananas, oranges and pineapples after a week of installation. Considering that a country like Ghana has very high quality fruit, this also affected the taste of the resulting spirits, which surprised us very pleasantly. The distillates were managed to distilled with a very high content of aromatics and fruit flavours.
