The year 2019 will was truly historic for our company Kovoděl Janča s.r.o. In the past year, we have seen record demand from new customers for distillation columns. Most customers planned to build a growing distillery or fruit distillery, or they wanted to buy new technologies for the production of Gin or beer brandy.
After more than one year after a customer placed an order with us for a distillation line for the production of GIN, this month (March 2019) he takes over this unique system on which GIN will be distilled.
Here is a video demonstration of the assembly of a 150 litre distillation boiler, designed especially for the production of Gin. The technology was ordered by our long-time customer Wiegand.
In the autumn we installed modern distillation technology with the highest level of automation to date for the company Centrum exkluzivních destilátů near Mladá Boleslav in the village of Bechov.
One of our other projects has been installed in California in the town of UKIAH near San Francisco. The installation is as a single boiler system with gas heating with 300 and 150 litre boilers.
In July, we launched a distillation line for high-grade spirits at a customer in Uzhhorod, Ukraine.
A customer from the Netherlands is nowadays taking over our technology for the production of gin, whisky, vodka and fruit spirits. It is a distillation still with a filling capacity from 70 to 200 litres, continuously controlled electric heating and a three-stage rectification column.
In March this year, we launched the technology for the production of Arak, a traditional local spirit made from rice, in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The 700-litre, 600-litre distillation boiler is operated by the customer in a private distillery and is now in full operation.
From 26 to 29 January 2017 we presented our new products for 2017 at the DANUBIUS GASTRO Incheba Bratislava. We exhibited two distillation columns with a volume of 170 and 300 litres and additional range of products. Marmalade boilers, concentrated jam boilers, milk pasteurization boiler and a home slaughtering kettle.
Přišel rok 2017 a my přicházíme s naší dlouho očekávanou novinkou EXCLUSIVE EDITION GOLD. Po půl roce vývoje a tří měsíční výrobě nám z našich dílen vychází první kus této destilační kolony. Stali jsme se v ČR prvním výrobcem této destilační technologie, která umožňuje destilaci jako jednokotlový systém nebo jako dvoukotlový systém klasický. In September this year we exported several of our products abroad. Our 100 and 200 litre distillation columns with electric heating are going to a customer in Blomsterdalen, Norway. A 170 litre distillation column in a cactus configuration is being shipped to the Australian province of Victoria.
On Thursday 5 April we successfully started up a distillation column for our customer in Palazzolo Acreide, Sicily.
