The distillation itself takes place in only one boiler with a rectification column, the distillation time with these distillation columns is shorter and the energy consumption is lower than with conventional double boiler stills.

Description

Distillation columns in single-boiler design are most often used for grower distilleries and fruit distilleries. We deliver complete distilleries on turnkey basis. We will first help you find the technical solution that best suits your requirements. Furthermore, if the construction work has not been carried out or has not yet started, we will help you with the routing of the technological media distribution (water, waste, gas, electricity...). We will bring the distillation column to the site and install it, connect it to the pipelines and fit it with accessories. Almost without exception, we carry out the first start-up of the column together with you and train the operator.



We deliver the distillation columns by default with two, three or four stages with a dephlegmator (catalytic converter at extra cost). Each stage of the rectification column can be individually rinsed with a water shower head. Motorized mixing, lighting of the rectification floors and other accessories can also be installed on requesty.

Heating options:

  • Electric heating (standard control or smart control TOUCH panel)
  • Gas heating (natural gas or propane)
  • Solid fuel (wood or coal)

The boiler volumes are: 170 L, 200 L, 300 L, 400 L, 500 L. The approximate dimensions of the space required for the installation of the technology are 3.5 m x 4 m and the building height is 3.2 m.

We differ from competing manufacturers in that the material for the column, boiler and boiler lid is copper sheet with a thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm, which guarantees not just high quality and purity of the spirit, but also a long service life.
