Description

Our fermentation tanks are made of food-grade stainless steel. Combined with a stable ambient temperature, these vessels provide ideal conditions for a controlled and high-quality fermentation process. The dished bottom is made of 2–3 mm thick stainless-steel sheet, while the vessel walls are 1.5 mm thick. The tanks are equipped with a fermentation airlock. Larger-capacity tanks feature a 3" or 4" drain valve, lockable castors, and are designed for safe handling with a forklift truck.
