Post-Distillation Mash Destoner

Designed for destoning spent mash after distillation. The unit is connected directly to the discharge valve of the distillation pot. The entire machine is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.

Pitter for mash before distillation with pump

Designed for pitting of mash before distillation. The device is placed on a stainless steel hopper from which the fermentation is pumped to the boiler. Using a mash pump, it is possible to pump the ferment into the skimmer or the skimmed ferment out of the vat. The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Mash Pitting Unit with Pump

Designed for removing stones/pits from fruit mashes prior to distillation. The machine is mounted on a stainless‑steel buffer tank, from which the mash is pumped into the still. Using a mash pump, the mash can be fed directly into the pitting unit. The entire machine is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Tank capacity is 300 L. A level sensor is installed to automatically switch off the pump. After pitting 300 kg of mash, the DN65 mash pump switches off.

Description

The pitting machine is used for mechanical separation of pits from the marc (pomace) and mashes. The separation of the pits takes place by means of Teflon scrapers on the rotor blades. The liquid components of the dumps are drained down into a sump or other holding vessel and the solid particles are carried out by centrifugal force into a waste container. The entire machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The price shown is without installation and electrical control.
