Description

The machine is suitable for pulping (pureeing) pre-cooked or very ripe fruit, which is then further processed, for example, to produce jams and marmalades. The fruit is conveyed through a hopper into a working cylinder, where it is passed through a sieve by blades with wiper blades. The fruit pulp is thus obtained quickly and qualitatively free of stems, pips and peel. The waste material falls out on the side of the machine. Depending on the quality and type of fruit, the machine processes 100 kg of fruit in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Some fruits need to be boiled before pulping.
