In accordance with the amendment to the Alcohol Act and also based on the requirements of the Customs Office, we are retrofitting grower distilleries and fruit distilleries with collection tanks for capturing heads and tails.

The collection tanks are made of stainless steel, equipped with a level gauge on the front and a ball valve at the bottom. The volume of the tank is adapted to your individual requirements, most often we deliver them with a capacity of 180 L. The tank is placed between the tube alcoholmeter and the spirit flowmeter, the operator of the distillation technology collects the heads at the beginning and the tails at the end of the distillation process. For customs administration, holes and tabs are provided for the customs seal on each joint.

At the customer's request, we can produce a tank of different dimensions, according to the current layout and situation in the distillery.
