Description

We manufacture double-wall stainless-steel kettles designed for preparing jams and marmalades. Both stirring and heating are electric. The kettle is equipped with a stirrer featuring Teflon blades that follow the sides of the kettle for efficient mixing. The maximum pressure in the space between the walls is controlled by pressure relief valves, while the maximum heating temperature is monitored by a safety thermostat. Heating can be controlled manually in 2 kW increments or automatically using a digital thermostat. The kettle also includes a water level indicator for the space between the walls, as well as a pressure gauge with a safety valve. The new type of jam and marmalade kettle is now fitted with a solid hinged plexiglass lid instead of the traditional hinged grille.
