A significant part of our production consists of custom-made equipment designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Below are examples of large-capacity distillation systems with volumes exceeding 300 litres.

The copper stills are housed in a stainless steel furnace and insulated with high-performance thermal insulation and refractory firebrick lining (for solid-fuel heating). This construction ensures energy-efficient operation while providing smooth and even heating of the boiler charge.

Depending on customer requirements, the stills can be heated by solid fuel, gas, or electricity.

We manufacture both single-wall and double-wall stills in a wide variety of configurations. Systems can be equipped with a steam dome, a steam dome with a distillation column, or supplied as a fully integrated compact unit complete with condenser and all necessary pipework.
