Description

We produce a double-jacketed stainless steel kettle to cook marmalades. Its stirring and heating are electric, inside the boiler there is a stirrer with Teflon blades, moving along the boiler walls. The maximum overpressure in the jacket is monitored by pressure relief valves, the maximum heating temperature is monitored by an emergency thermostat, the heating control is manual, in 2 kW increments or controlled by a digital thermostat. Also included are a water level gauge in the jacket and a check gauge with safety valve.

The new type of marmalade kettles is equipped with a full hinged plexiglass screen instead of a hinged grate.
