Description

Plum butter kettles are made from 99.9% food-grade copper with a thickness of 1.2 mm. They are available in single-wall and double-wall versions. The firebox can be made of steel with an aluminium coating, or, as a higher-quality option, stainless steel (1.5–2 mm thick). The kettle can be purchased either without stirring or with a motorized electric stirrer.
