The distillation columns in single-boiler design are most often used for grower distilleries and fruit distilleries. We supply and install complete distilleries on a turnkey basis. We will first help you find the technical solution that best suits your requirements. Furthermore, if the construction work has not been carried out or has not yet begun, we will help you with the orientation of the distribution of technological media (water, waste, gas, electricity...). We will bring the distillation column to the site and install it, connect it to the pipelines and fit it with accessories. Almost without exception, we carry out the first start-up of the column together with you and train the operator.
The distillation columns are supplied as standard with two, three or four stages with a dephlegmator ( catalyst at extra cost). Each stage of the rectification column can be individually rinsed with a water rinsng head. Motorized stirring, lighting of the rectification floors and other accessories can also be installed on request.
Heating options:
The most commonly supplied are the following sets of boiler volumes: 150L + 300L, 300L + 500L, 300L + 300L, 200L + 300L.
The approximate dimensions of the space required for the technology are 6 m x 4 m and the building height is 3.5 m.
We differ from competing manufacturers in that the material for the column column, boiler and boiler lid is copper sheet with a thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm, which guarantees not only high quality and purity of the spirit, but also a long service life.
