Description

The main advantages of single-jacketed boilers consist in low purchase costs, easy operation and fast first distillation process. Manual stirring is a standard feature of single-jacket boilers.

Material and design:
The boiler is always made of copper (1.2 mm sheet metal), hand-hammered with a copper value of 99.9%. The firebox is made of sprayed steel (2 mm) or stainless steel (1.5 mm). The flue pipe on the firebox is located on the back side (diameter 130 mm). The design of the device can be adapted to your specific requirements by agreement, we normally produce atypical variants in terms of the location of the drain valve (left-right), the direction of the transfer pipe (left or right ), etc.

Distillation boilers can be manufactured with a dump valve or with a DN80 discharge valve.
50 L, 70 L, 90 L, 110 L, 130 L and 150 L.
Single-walled with outlet DN80: 45 L, 60 L, 80 L, 100 L, 120 L, 145 L.
The maximum boiler filling capacity is always 80% of the total volume.

Heating options:

• gas heating (natural gas or propane)
• solid fuels (wood or coal)
• combined heating (solid fuel/gas)

Standard equipment:

• copper boiler in the firebox 
• lid with steam dome and thermometer
• transfer pipe with Ø28 mm fitting
• radiator/cooler (spiral without parrot or plate with parrot)
