The advantages of single-wall distillation stills include low initial purchase costs, easy operation, and a fast first distillation process. Manual stirring is included as standard with all single-wall distillation stills.

Material and Construction:

The still is always made of copper (1.2 mm sheet metal). The copper stills are hand-hammered and made of 99.9% pure copper. The firebox is made either of coated steel (2 mm) or stainless steel (1.5 mm). The flue outlet on the firebox is located at the rear (diameter 130 mm).

The design of the equipment can be adapted to your specific requirements by agreement. We regularly manufacture customized versions, for example with the drain valve positioned on the left or right, the direction of the transfer pipe to the left or right, etc.

The distillation stills can be manufactured either as tilting models or with a DN80 drain valve.

Single-wall tilting models: 50 L, 70 L, 90 L, 110 L, 130 L and 150 L.

Single-wall models with DN80 drain valve: 45 L, 60 L, 80 L, 100 L, 120 L and 145 L.

The maximum filling capacity of the still is always 80% of the total volume.
