Steam juice extractor for vegetables is used to extract juices. The water in the lower part (cooker) is evaporated by heating and passes through the evaporator coil. The heating process is thermostatically controlled. The device achieves a very high yield, up to 100% of the content. The basket capacity is 30 kg.
